The Child Development Center is a private non-profit corporation. A volunteer Board of Directors oversees the general programming of the center. The board is composed of a minimum of nine voting members and other ex officio members that do not vote. At least two members must be parents of currently enrolled children and at least two members must not have children in the center. Board members serve three-year terms.
